Did any get together ever happen? I'm kinda new to the party, but it would be nice to meet a few local folks.

 

Lots of talk but no G2G date yet. Hopefully one of these weekends we can all agree w/our busy schedules.

 

Why not just pick a spot near downtown (A park, someone's shop, restaurant, or ?), that should be central for most everyone. There are probably places that would like to have such a get together since it would mean sales for them. We could make it a set time/day like noon on the first Saturday of each month. At each get together we could agree on a place that would be closer to those who had to drive a bit to get to that get together. That would get the ball rolling and if someone can't make it, then there's always next month. Otherwise this thread will go on forever with nothing coming of it. (This thread was started one year ago next Friday.)

Heard a rumor from a friend there is going to be a dyno day at Lethal Performance. Same place as the one I held back in January. Nacogdoches Road outside loop 1604, entrance is across from the fireworks stand, pipe fence/gate. I'll probably try to swing by in the am on my way to the lake to see what's going on. Not going to run w/the boat hooked up just check things out.

I stopped by the dyno run yestrday on my way to the lake...looks like they had a pretty good turn out - about 30-40 trucks. Anyone know the top hp/tq. I'm guessing the silver 3rd gen mega cab...I think it was 800+.

 

Who here was at Hooters and (I think) selling a Smarty? Or was I just imagining things again.
