I was in Guam for 3 years (04-07). There is only one other person in Guam that I know of that is on DTR, and that is LanceD. Can't miss his truck, big, green, and covered in bedliner.

I was there in the summer of 1976 (USS Cochrane DDG-21) HP out of PHarbor, HI.

The ship stopped for a few days there.

I remember there was a really large McDonalds there.

I beat him 2 out of 3 races, my best time was a 14.2. it was fun!

I got here about 10 months ago. I have about 2 years left here. I live on Big Navy and am stationed on the USS Frank Cable.
So you guys go to the track?
I was just telling the wife that we need to make it out there, she was wondering if we would be the only non-Chamorro people there.

No, Lots of people out there. Best time of the year is Dec.- June (dry season) July - Nov. is rainy season and races get canceled more often due to the rain. More info here http://www.dragguam.com/
