Just found out when the the DHRA Finals are going to be. Thought it would be cool to get a lot of the Waco and Austin guys to go. Just letting everyone know in advance. Who's in?

You know I'll be there! I had a good time and maybe this year I will try to race. I'll have to talk to my sponsor at Dynamic Motor Trends and see if we have enough time to get the truck "race ready." I'll also have my digital camera handy to see if I can capture another photo for my "many faces of eric" collection.

 

LOL! Feel free to leave out the "many faces of eric" segment! LOL! I think my truck may be race ready too, if I don't have too much blow by! Hope to see everyone there. It's going to be a blast.

LOL @ the blowby remark...thats just wrong on so many different levels! Too bad there are only 3 or 4 people that know that story, but it sure is a good one. I say that we stop again at the Hooters to eat and this year, but this time you will actually be able to drink a beer with me. I would like to challenge you to a race, but I dont think it would be much of one right now. We couldnt have your 24v getting whooped by a little ol 1st gen. Guess we'll have to get Bryan on the ball and build you a set of twins so you'll be able to hang. On another note, the look on your face after getting beat by a 15year old truck would be a great shot for the "many faces of Eric" collection. You know I'll never let you live the picture down dont ya?? Atleast I havent shown it to anyone....yet!

 

I'll have to check the schedule for that date...
My trailer only holds one truck.. so you both can't break...
NeedMoPower... Race Ready..... We still need to get the NOS, and the triples installed.. (And everyone thought you did all that piping for looks... ) ladder bars.. slicks... maybe the Lenco????


Some trucks don't need NOS.. you just run the blow-by back into the intake..

 

Figured it was time to drag this back to the top and see who all was planning on going. I'll be there no matter what, but the 91 is under the knife right now and I dont know if she'll recover before the races. This is going to be one hell of a weekend...let's talk it up a little.

 

I'm going down there. I was thinking about having a camp out at my place in Rosenberg on thursday or friday night and going down there on saturday. Who's up for that idea?
