Yup...we are hard core camper! We back the rig into a slot at the camp ground hook up the electrical,water,sewer,and cable tv.. When we go camping...if you can call it that..its more to get away from the stupid phones..
Reservations were made 4 weeks ago...

Yea after i take you for a ride in the dunes.

 

Looks like we may be able to meet all of you folks on Sat. If everything goes OK on Friday. This is what is going on.

We have an appointment with a team of specialists (oncologists & surgeons) at Stanford on Friday morning at 8:20. They will study Nancy’s charts and biopsy and will meet with us. This takes about 5-6 hours and will give us their determination. Whatever they say we are going to do and not look back and wonder if we made the right decision. So we will be driving the CTD up to San Francisco on Thursday and get a motel for Thursday and Friday in Menlo Park. Nancy asked me when the Diesel truck meet in central Ca. was and I told her Sat. the 5th. She said she really wanted us to go so we will drive the truck and stop in San Luis Obispo on the way back home. We were going to take the Honda Civic that gets 36+mpgs then come all the way home late Friday night then turn around and drive 400 miles round trip on Sat with the truck. That was crazy. Did the MPG calcs and its a wash as far as fuel goes. The plus side is I get to drive my favorite vehicle all the way to S.F. a 800 mile round trip.
