$1500!!! Tim must really like you, that's a good deal for all three shafts.

Just the input and the output, that middle one is the size of my wrist.

Cris, My mistake. I thought you had all billet shafts. My guess is that Tim's not really worried about the shafts as much as the transfer case? You probably didn't have drive shaft loops yet either.

I'm not worried about my drive shafts anymore, I think we need to start worrying about our exhaust systems comming off at the line and draging down the track to see how many sparks we can make

I wish I had been filming on the other side of the track so I coulda got all those sparks on tape. All you can see on the tape is it coming off and then sticking out the side all the way down the track. The wall hides the sparks.

Sounds like Leigh Ann and I missed aheck of a good time.

I can hardly wait to hear the story about the exhaust falling off, that's got to be a good one.

I will be bringing our GN trailer just in case someone needs it, I just hope that someone doesn't drive a strong running, white 3500 dually.

Less than a week to go.

See Ya
Chris

Here's some action from The Rock.

I'll try and get Banshee's exhaust clip that I've got up here before the end of the week.

I'm really looking forward to going to the ROCK with the DHRA Pro Diesel Series this year. Hopefully we can bring the rail and do some exhibitions also!

I will probably bring a complete o/d unit built and measured just in case. It will be easier than building one at Waynes. Normally 18-20psi yeilds the best 60' times if you have billet input/ outputs. Stock output should be real carefull at 10lbs or above. Some stock shafts will break at 10 others can take more, but you are on borrowed time. I figure a certain white dually is already on borrowed time. Tim

Yea Yea... The exhaust on the trailer came off my truck. It broke loose on the launch and pretty much drug all the way down the track. It's back on now, though... stronger than before .

And, yes, I did lose to a modded SRT-10 with ported heads, headers, exhaust, intake, shifter, programmer, etc.... I'll take that. I did run better times than quite a few automatic diesels, though

You know I was looking at that broken shaft today---I am no expert on shafts---but it looks like it had been having difficulties before it broke. About 1/4 of the shaft diameter is blue the rest is twisted grey.

That shaft probably started to fail back when Johnner and John P took me to Jacksonville to see if I could break into the 15's.
