Why: Because there will be a bunch of great looking trucks there

It's time to get this thing kicked off, the cool weather will be outa here by then and time to test everything that you've done to your truck over the winter.
This will be the same as last year and headed up by John_P and myself.

There will be more information posted as everything gets firmed up.

to close to bowling green for me,and we normally start planting around that date any ways,i was hoping for an early april or late may,oh well maybe next time....

 

To add to what Chris has already posted, I plan to contact the vendors and local businesses again like we did last year to give products etc. away to all who attend. After our event last year, I had alot of favorable input for doing this, instead of giving out trophies for high H.P. and or lowest E.T. as we had done in the past. Like my wife says, "everyone likes to get something for free!" And,.....I agree! So,......per your request(s) that is what we will do!

We are hoping to MAYBE see Jack Thorpe and Lary Ellis possibly make it to this event! If your schedules allow it, we hope you guys can make it down!

Chris, glad to see you finally "upgraded" those H.P./Torque numbers in your "signature" section for Leigh Ann's truck!

Missed it by that much. That is the weekend we come down for 35 days at work and no one gets out of there then for anything except a death in the family and it better be yours and they want two weeks notice at that.
Youn's have a good time and hope to see most of you in Dinwiddie.

 

OK,,,,,, so it looks like Geoffrey is the only Smurf I'll be able to mess with on the strip,,,,,,,, (ONLY after I get a chance to inspect his truck closely,,,,) and I guess I can still take his old man in the "hand-shaker Smurf-Mobile" as long as he continues to keep hitting the Snooze-button at the tree.
I'm suppose to start working graveyard that day, so I'm going to need to juggle some days around at work if possible. I hope I can make it.

 

I am up for a good dyno run. Not sure if I can do the drag race thing, I'll have my two year old in tow. Curious on what my Super Phat Shaft 62 can do.

 

If it needs to be the weekend before the 22nd it's OK with me. Just letting you know.

You know what happens when we shut down, life pretty much comes to a halt when the unit is off line. Course, they're loosing over a million bucks a day so you can see why. I'll catch the next one.

Give me an address and I'll ship a case of 15W40 AMSOIL to give away at the meeting anyway.

Wayne, how is that STS turbo working out?

 

I'll be there both days, I've got to test out the new truck to see how it does. I've got a few new parts on it and need to see if they were money well spent
