Looking forward to seeing everyone again.

Map quest says 7 hours 40 mins.
I plan on getting on the road around 0830 that way most if not all the school busses are done doing there thing. So I should be in the campground by 1700/1800. I added some time due to toting the 5er.

David
Depending on the trip down and over will make my plans for the rest of the evening. Some trips are nice and long and some are "eventful", I perfer the nice and long ones. This time I will not have anyone sitting in the defective passenger side seat, something about it makes who ever sits in it fall to sleep. Thanks for the invite, I'll call you if you send me your phone number.
After being in the truck for 8 hours it may work better to come have dinner at the campground. Not Sure right now

Dennis
What time you figuring on getting there? Do you figure on being there earlier than my time? What do you say to who ever gets there first has some kind of dead animal ( road kill does not count) cooking for dinner.
I am pretty sure I have your cell phone number.

I need to pull the camper out of the barn and see waht sort of science project is growing in the awning. Nothing a bunch of bleach won't clean I hope.

Any and all miss spelled words are blamed on my fingers they can't seem to keep up with my head. They also keep hitting the delete button. When are we going to have a spell check feature??

See Ya
Chris

Mapquest says 7 hrs and 5 min from my place. Ed plans on being at my place so we can leave by around 0800. We may be getting there about the same time!

We DO have spell check now with this new software. Look up in the right-hand corner of the grey Reply box you type in. The button looks like this
It will instruct you to download ieSpell if you don't have it already. I'll explain when I see ya.

I'll PM you my cell number just in case.

Hello
Since no one else sent you a reply, I would say somewhere between 50 and 200 diesel heads will be there.

Remembering from last year there was roughly 24 racers and more CTD parked watching ( my truck included).

If you havn't been to this event yet, it is the best. You can walk up to the fellas in the races and talk to them, no big deal. The trucks running in the 9 second range drivers will talk to you just like the slow 14 second guys like (ours) will talk to you like no big deal.

I look forward to this race each year, just because of the fellowship/brotherhood of all the DIESEL HEADS.
I servered 21 years in the USMC so it is hard for me to try and explain if you have never been there and done that.

Hope to see you there.
I will probaly be wearing a "REAL TRUCKS RATTLE" t shirt.

See Ya
Chris
PS Dennis
I did not see a (ABC thingy) for spell check.

Last year we had over 30 trucks in the bracket class. With $1500 up for grabs I hope to see as many again this year.

Last year we had 8 Pro Street trucks. This year I hope we have more, and so far I know Stuckey, TS, Morrison, Garmon, Spruill, Starling are coming. I am expecting Smith, Lott, Hovey, Madsen, and possibly Hellmann and Hilton to make it.

Quick Diesel will be here and from what I gather we could have a field of about 10.

Top Diesel will have Keating, Hogue, and Scheid here.

Add to that the many folks that come and watch and it'll be quite a few.

Can't guarantee how many total we'll have, but I guarantee you'll have something to talk about after the show.

Packed-fueled-thermos full of coffee.

ROAD TRIP.......

See Y'all soon.
