Just wanted to let all you guys know about the pull that we are having in Thayer Mo (right on the MO AR state line on hwy 63)

The sled will be the x-factor sled and we will be pulling diesels in the middle so no waiting untill 1am to get to pull and no were not pullin in a rodeo arena this is a very nice track that was built late last season

1-2 classes 2.6/2.8 depending on how many trucks come
min 3 trucks per class
if we pull 2 classes then we will pull the open class gas trucks between the 2.6 and 2.8 classes to give the 2.6 trucks a chance to cool off if they want to pull again in the 2.8

hanging weights allowed in both classes
8,000lb classes with a 1% grace

pretty much the standard rules from there

hope that everyone that can make it will come. this is kinda a feeler pull for next year MoArk truck pulling associaiton will be pulling a full season next year with the x factor sled every weekend and will be pulling both classes in the middle every saturday night so i hope that some of you guys will come join us next year $75 membership most of the pulls will be within a 100mile radius of thayer mo

They may in the 2.8. You could throw a bushing on it pretty easy

 

I don't know much about sled pulling, but I have always been interested. What are the rules/requirements?

 

Well this pull its pretty cut and dry, 2 classes, a 2.6 turbo class and a 2.8. No power adders like NOS, LP, Water meth. 2.6 is basicly a street class im sure next year the rules will be stiffer. U joint shilds, stuff like that. Id say they would want most safty stuff for 2.8 if trucks are running over 4500 rpms.

mabye i should just get a 2.6 bushing so i can compete! id hate to pull in the big class with a bushed down charger and get waxed lol. sounds good i will give you a call

lots of places dont allow pets @ their pulls. i guess well trained dogs make kids look bad. lol (not meaning that about anyone that has children on here)
