http://www.mhttpa.com/

Hartville's annual Lions Club Pull starts at 7:00 at the Lions CLub Grounds 2-3 miles south of Hartville on hwy 5.

They will pay 4 places with a $600 purse I believe.

sweeeet. maybe mine turd will stay together and actually do something, other than break.

Gear Jammer 06-09-2008 12:32 PM

We'd be glad to have ya. I am working on some local guys to pull, we won't be competitive but it will be fun though. Bigger diesel showing the better!

coreydr2003 06-09-2008 02:42 PM

Thats right, i hope they let us pull the track!!! Im gitting tired of the sled companys that want to put the short bar in and slow us down. I want to see the diesels put on a show. Most of these trucks can out pull the division III trucks, and then turn around and drive the _itch home. I guess diesels make the other trucks look bad. ???

Gear Jammer 06-09-2008 02:48 PM

Yeah I would like to see a floating gate or something. When we went to TS this year they let trucks pull 350+ it was awesome, talk about building up some speed. On a side note I will warn you guys that drinking will be monitored in Hartville. I'm not saying you can't do it but I wouldn't do it out in the open or announce it. I know that's why they make styrofoam and other cups just wanted to give you the heads up. They say no alcohol on the grounds but it does happen.

coreydr2003 06-09-2008 04:33 PM

I'll have my family with me so, i'll not be drinking but i'll pass the word. But thin again i may have a few, after i hook :-)

hoffdog 06-09-2008 05:05 PM

i'm ready to see a good diesel show, and no rain.

hoffdog 06-09-2008 05:07 PM

so what are the rules anyway, run what you brung?

coreydr2003 06-09-2008 05:53 PM

I think the MHTTPA did adopped a set of rules, but they are not on there web site.

satburn 06-09-2008 06:39 PM

Basically last year's 2.8 DHRA class rules.

coreydr2003 06-09-2008 07:29 PM

So only a 2.8 charger is allowed? For some strange reason i think the rules where changed for the 08 season, Brian could you fing out, I have a friend on the other side of the fence[laugh][laugh]

satburn 06-09-2008 08:02 PM

I had a conversation with Mr. Hodler about 2 weeks ago regarding it and he said it was staying the same as last year. I can re-verify when I get back home, but I doubt it has changed. Brad is sort of the holder of the rules for that class. When I call them, they just tell me to call him.

coreydr2003 06-09-2008 08:12 PM

Ok thats a good thing I can run with 2.8, thanks for the info Brian

Pack Mule 06-09-2008 11:16 PM

i hope i'll be able to. my POS will just barely pull itself down the road.

Gear Jammer 06-10-2008 08:00 AM
