Tires

Just curious as to where some of you local guys buy your tires. Mine are almost done and was looking to go as big as a stock truck will allow. I really like the toyo's(AT and MT), BFG at, and the nitto AT. thanks for any feedback.

Joe, I notice you are in Lutherville. I've had alignments done at Brooks Huff Tire. I know this isn't specifically tires, but its what comes next. The price was fair. More importantly there were able to the handle the truck. I went to couple places in this area that couldn't handle the heavier trucks.

Travis and Leonard,

How do you like the pro comps? Are they wearing well and what kinda milage are you expecting out of them. I really like the extreme m/t at LT305/65R17. Do you guys think that they will rub or should I go with the 285/70/17?

out of my pro comp extreme a/t i got a little over 40k miles and still had a few more miles out of them and i beat on them pretty badly. (burnouts, sled pulling, bumper pulls). i'm pretty sure i'm going to buy another set for my new truck and sell the bfgoodwrench and rims that are on my truck. they are only warrantied for 40k miles but pro comp normally has a buy 3 get one free special twice a year and harford tire honors the sale.

Joe-

Mine are wearing great, but I do not have too many miles on them yet since my truck sits 90% of the time. Mine are 305/65/17 (same as 33/12.5/17) and they do not rub at all.

Got my Mickey thompson ATZ at Harford tire. Great price, free mounting, and balancing and great service. Think the service guy is named Jeff.
