True... but I figure I dont need 5" unless going over 500 hp
I had also heard 5" exhaust tends to lead to more drone?

Do I need a new down pipe? or is the stock OK
I though that the 05 had all 4" from TB

stock dp is fine and we can disembowel your cat. i would go with a 4" cat back system.

In that case I almost have everything I need to do the exhaust.
I was just got a 4" straight thru muffler, I was just needing a piece of 4" pipe to replace run from the DP to the muffler.
I thought it may be a good idea to save the CAT just in case.

I used to think i wouldnt ever be in the hp range where I needed a 5 inch system... but thats the v band size on my primary. That was 3 short years ago.
