No power for 10 minutes

I have a 2002 2500 Dodge Ram Turbo Diesel - When I start up in the morning I have very low power for a few minutes (up to 10 min and max out around 30 min) any suggestions.

It's my pot and I'll stir it if I want to. If you're not careful, I'll stir your's as well!

Normal. It's your grid heaters. Try driving over 20 mph and see if the voltage normalizes.

When you say 'low power', are you talking horse power or voltage?

Horse power. When it is warm out side it takes about 10 minutes before the turbo kicks in, when its cold out it takes about 30 minutes before the turbo kicks in.
