New guy checking in, looking for info.

Hey everybody, I'm new to this forum thing, but what I have seen so far (info) I like. I have been around cars, motors, racing for a long time so I do understand mechs. I recently bought a 03 3500 dually bunch of miles 325k but mostly hwy miles and good records of maintance. Anyway the lift pump has started to go. I'm looking at a Walbro 392 I don't understand what the difference is with the letters in front of 392 (gsl or gdp or gfs) also what do I need in replace of the org. pump at the filter canister. thanks if anyone can help and the part #'s would be nice.

You should be able to just bypass or remove your original. If you get a fass or airdog with the filters you can just remove the original lp and filter housing so Im sure its the same with a walbro.

Welcome to the DTR!

I agree with starting a new thread in the 3rd generation forum about your Walbro questions, if they have not been answered already...
