New guy checking in, looking for info.
Hey everybody, I'm new to this forum thing, but what I have seen so far (info) I like. I have been around cars, motors, racing for a long time so I do understand mechs. I recently bought a 03 3500 dually bunch of miles 325k but mostly hwy miles and good records of maintance. Anyway the lift pump has started to go. I'm looking at a Walbro 392 I don't understand what the difference is with the letters in front of 392 (gsl or gdp or gfs) also what do I need in replace of the org. pump at the filter canister. thanks if anyone can help and the part #'s would be nice.
Thanks, just looking right now. A budding is using the walbro for his veg tank and everything is working good 2 years now. only problem its a seconday system and its on a 97 ram. so he has no infor for replacing or blocking the org. pump at my filter canister. thanks again for the response.

You should be able to just bypass or remove your original. If you get a fass or airdog with the filters you can just remove the original lp and filter housing so Im sure its the same with a walbro.
