1984 Dodge D350 says Hello from Wisconsin

Im picking her up tomorrow. its an 84 D350 crew cab sb 2wd single rear wheel, 360 automatic. I plan on doing a cummins swap into it BUT i havent a clue to how this is done. Ive owned a dozen Dodge Rams but all have been the gas motors. Its time for an older diesel.

Any help would be great

Here you go, though it really isn't much of a conversion, pretty much a straight bolt in.......

How much of a bolt in? I really want to do one and if possible change the auto trans to a 5 speed.

Where can I find the info to figure out exactly which engine, trans, transfer case, axles etc that I have? Anyone know?
