I have this thing up on e-bay I assumed it is a HX35 but someone mentioned it may be an HY9. Further info it was off of a 2001 with an auto tranny.

That is an HY-35. Don't buy it, and send the seller a message telling him he needs to change the description.

Because it's too small for a modified Cummins - that's probably why it's on EBay.

You kind of needed it to get the answer, that's why we left it there till you got the answer.

You could always put it in the classifieds here, sometimes there is a need for a replacement stocker, or part of a twin setup.
