Maybe starter going out?? Try tapping the starter with a hammer and retry?

Check the starter fuse. If blown likly the starter is gone. I lost mine around 30k miles and did the same thing. Started to turn then nothing.

If you just get a click when you turn the key, it is prob the starter contacts. Can be replaced for about $40

There is a fuse for the starter. I cannot remember which one it is but I had tapped into it to connect an aftermarket part on my 03. When I decided to remove that part from my truck I pulled the fusetap out and somehow the connection inside the fuse box had stretched so the fuse was not touching on the one side. I had your exact conditions when this happened. Everything worked but absolutely nothing from the starter. So, I'd be looking there first since it would be the easiest fix... I think it was # 40 or 42 but I may be wrong....
