start problem

my 93 cummins would not start, i loosened off the first injector and got some fuel coming out then the truck fired and started, now this morning,12 hours later ,same problem, had to loosen the injector then the truck started, ,,is this a injector pump problem,i dont think its an air leak,i have a totally full tank of fuel, although i did empty the las tank to 108 liters and i think it is a capacity of 110 litres, maybe air in line, any ideas

imo

the air has got to be coming from somewhere.. I personally would start looding for a leaking fuel line. Is it a 12 valve??? Doesn't it have a mechanical fuel pump , it might be heading south..
