allright so on my new 96 dodge cummins ex cab auto trans 4wd when i am backing in to a parking space when i step on the throughtle and let off real quick my truck stalls also if the truck hasent ben running for about 15 mins or mor and i try and go anywheres when it shifts in two 2nd i practically get lurched threw the window any ideas

 

What does it idle at? My guess is that the idle needs to be bumped up, 'cause on mine it used to do that and I bumped the idle and it stopped it. Then I added the big coal sticks and I can make it do it if I try.

 

how do i ajust my idle

 

On the back of the injector pump right behind the throttle lever there a 10mm idle screw and jam nut give it a turn but be sure to tighten the jam nut or it will vibrate loose! what ever you do dont mess with the tie bar adjustment going between the tps and the injector pump. i see more people mess those things up
