Several fuel related problems, PLEASE HELP!

I have a 99 Dodge 2500. I replaced the injector pump and transfer pump 3 years ago. I have had no problems until now. It now appears the transfer pump has gone out again and I'll be flipped if I'm going to let it destroy another injector pump. Also, my wait to start light and turbo boost sensor have both stopped working. Is it possible there is an electrical tie between the 3? I have another pump that I hooked up and it cycle when the key is turned on. In the wiring diagram, I cannot find any common circuitry but it seems a strange coincedence that all 3 failed at the same time. Any help would be appreciated since Cummins charges $94 an hour and I am a bit stumped on these problems.
Thanks

What boost sensor are you referring to? None were stock on those I thought? As for the wait to start lamp.....it could be computer related, ambient temp sensor related ( do you have an overhead temp? ) , or as simple as a fuse. Any codes? You should be able to turn the key from off to on 3 times. Not cranking, ending in the on position. Codes should read out in the odometer display. A link to the codes can be found here.

99'S Don't do the codes that way - they require a reader.

The turbo boost sensor is located just behind the fuel filter. I have checked all the fuses both under the hood and in the cab and all are good. As far as codes, the only code that shows up is the one pertaining to the boost sensor. Where is the ambient temp sensor? The overhead displays the correct ambient air temp.

The turbo boost sensor is called a MAP sensor. What was the code for the MAP sensor?? Check all the connections for the grid heater and the relays. The relays are below the battery on the driver side fenderwell. Check all the battery connections as well. I don't remember off hand where the sensor is, but there is a sensor that tells the grid heaters to turn on. Do you have a box/programmer on the truck? Might fill out ur sig. so we have a better idea of what all you have done to the truck.

I thought maybe you were referring to a boost guage, and didn't see anything in your sig. I would say the only common link between the 3 things is the ECM. The cummins ECM is mounted on the lower driver's side of the block. Might look over the wiring, but if all the fuses are o.k. it sounds like the ecm may have taken a dump. Might be worth taking to a cummins authorized shop for a thorough diagnosis just to be sure. They aren't cheap!

how do you know the MAP took a dive? have you checked the wait to start light bulb? checked the conections at the grid heater relays?

IIRC the map will not trip a light, just throw a code that needs to be scanned to read

I haven't done anything to the truck. Totally stock other than a K & N air filter. If the ECM crapped out on me, wouldn't I see other problems? Everything else is fine other than the lack of power, code reader shows it it the boost (MAP) sensor and the wait to start light issue. The truck still starts fine and runs fine and I know now I have a bad transfer pump which I'll change before I drive it again to keep from destroying the injector pump. If anyone knows where the sensor for the grid heaters are that would be great.
Thanks for all the help so far!
