Tail lights gone, fuses good
Howdy,
I was hooking up a new trailer on my '92 250 Diesel and shorted the tail light circuit briefly w/ a tester, knocking out the lights. Pulled out the fuse box and all my fuses are good. Everything's fine except for left and right running lights and license plate lights.
Is there any other fuse down the line I don't know about?
Thanks!
Jeff

should be a 20 amp fuse feeding the headlamp switch for the running lamp circuit. There should be a sizable pnk/red wire from that fuse to the headlamp switch. If that wire has voltage, you'll need to go up to the switch and check things out. Blk/yel is the feed for the lights coming OUT of the headlamp switch.

On the 1st gens there was a wiring overlay kit available from Dodge to power the park lights through a relay. I installed several, but it was many years ago so I don't remember the details, but I would check around the battery for some added-on wiring and an inline fuse.
