I sort of hate to sound like this, but I work in the field of engineering, and one of the things we tend to say in my line of work is that customers will often "pay to play." Truth be told, if 300+ hp and 600+ lb-ft of torque (the stock figures) are not enough, something's wrong. If this is what the veichle has been designed for, it's going to be (and should be) a warranty-voiding issue to change that. D-C corporation (or whatever the name is this month) can only be held responsible for the truck as it was originally.

If a programmer such as the Edge has been added, you may have to go after them for assistance, since D-C can't be laible for what damages may have been caused from running thier programmer. And just like your personal computer keep a tally of every website you visit, your truck's computer keeps a tally of what's gone through it as well. The sad truth is, something's likely been damamged, and now it's going to have to be resolved.

How do u check to see if the waste gate is working properly.
also for the clutch. When i have the edge with juice in the truck and put it on where it enables any back down and put it on with the gauge showing cluth slipping it slips 2 to 4 % max only on roll ons. from a dead stop drop the cluth in second gear and just go it doesnt show any slipping what so ever. i would think that is when she would slip but she doesnt. but with the edge out of the truck the slipping seems not to be there and never feel any slipping wouldnt the dealer have told me if the cluth was slipping god i am so lost on this.

if u have a boost gauge you should be able to see what your boost is. it should be over 30lbs up to 40lbs under acceleration with the edge turned up. you might have a boost leak if not. check all your boost hoses. also is your intercooler aluminum or plastic?

the truck just feels like its flat and doesnt pull like it use too. and i am not sure if 2 aor 4 % clutch slip is bad it doesnt do that unless im rooling on at speed and punch it. if off the line the clutch never shows any slip

it doesnt sound like the clutch and an edge juice on my truck would not slip the stock clutch either. if you are geeting no smoke with the juice turned up and you did before i would guess maybee the juice is not working properly. can you get your hands on another chip and try that.

also is it normal from 2 to 4 % slip showing on the computer screen when i have all back downs disabled on the juice like it allows for as many min as u put in. but it only shows slipping under load like in 5 or 6 th gear and just roll on it hard. from a dead stop dump the cluth and it doesnt slip on bit anytime.not at all lol

have you tried disconecting the batterys for a few hours and then run the truck again. its weird that you have no codes but its worth a try.
