please help

i have a problem.. when i turn the ignition off to my truck everything inside turns off but the truck will not die.. is it electrical or what ??? what could be wrong???i have to kill it by pulling the engine fuse in the fuse panel... any suggestion or comments would be greatly appreciated..

http://www.dodgeram.org/tech/dsl/Fac...ocations-l.gif Here is a diagram, I would start by checking the fuel shut off solenoid, start your truck and have someone else shut it off and watch and see if the fuel is cut off, if not reach down and manually shut the fuel off, it could be a few different things,1 a torn boot on the solenoid which has let crud plug up and slow the arm from shutting the fuel off, 2 the relay on the firewall closest to the brake booster could be weak or gone bad or even unplugged {I have seen that happen.3 the fuel solenoid was not adjusted correctly when installed and it needs more adjustment to shut off because of weak relay, dirty shaft etc. 4 The blue wire coming from the drivers side battery will corrode up and cause the same symptons. well i think it might be electrical cuz now when i turn the key off everything shuts down inside the truck except for the tach,and the awarness lights in the dash...
