I got alittle problem, the TC keeps unlocking/locking while driving down the road and the volt gauge is alittle higher than normal. I all ready have foil behind the alt. and both batteries are reading 12.66(driver side) and 12.78. I cleaned all of the grounds I could see a couple of months ago.I also have a code of 1694, any help thanks!

 

I forgot that the fuel psi is good 16 idle, 11 crusing, and another vp44 13 months ago, i just hope its the alternator or the batteries.

 

It sounds like RFI may be involved. Add a old ignition condenser to the alt output terminal.and ground to alt case. It is another way to control RFI in addition to alum foil around wiring. Won't take long to try.

 

I know you stated the batt grounds were clean, make sure they are good and tight. A loose ground will cause this.
