NV5600 Lube?

I was wondering if AmsOil 5w-30 would be a good oil to put in a NV5600 6-speed? My friend said Amsoil 75w-90 but that doesn't seem right at all. ???

For an application that calls for Dexron II; Would Dexron III be okay to use?
