New vp44 feed pump and injectors hard start

New vp44 feed pump and injectors hard start

just put in all new parts on a 2002 cummins and it is hard to start after sitting a short time. restarts quickley if it has already been running. any ideas on what it might be. thanks for the help.

did you replace your injector crossover tube o-rings? you are supposed to change them with every injector change, i have swapped 3 sets in mine and not done it but if you nick or tear one you will lose the prime making it hard to start
