just put in all new parts on a 2002 cummins and it is hard to start after sitting a short time. restarts quickley if it has already been running. any ideas on what it might be. thanks for the help.

 

Your bleeding off somewhere. check all fittings.

 

did you replace your injector crossover tube o-rings? you are supposed to change them with every injector change, i have swapped 3 sets in mine and not done it but if you nick or tear one you will lose the prime making it hard to start

 

working on the truck tonight and see if i can come up with any other situations. thanks for the help
