p2609 code is " Intake air heater system performance"
p0514 code is " battery temp sensor performance/ rationality"

Now these i got for a 2003 model, I dont know if they are the same for your 2005.
Hope this helps.

Not sure about the codes at all. I own a 05 and noticed a had a couple of codes first few days. I checked and they were about the battery but forget the numbers now. I then found out that 'From the factory' the batteries were not really TIGHT in their battery boxes. There is a sensor underneath them and it was getting set off when I went over bumps. I tightened down the batteries really good and not a problem since then. The batteries actually slide around in their box a little. Couldn't believe dealership didn't notice.

Just a thought.
