i have a fass 95 without the filters and when i start the truck it holds about 18psi but when i get in it it goes to 0. all i have got on my truck is edge comp and ddp 75

Have you checked your fuel filter? I'm not sure, but it would make sense that if its holding fuel pressure when there is no demand, the pump should be working fine, but when the truck needs fuel, not enough can get through. Other than that, maybe an obstruction in the fuel intake line (before the pump)?

What kind of fuel pressure guage? How specifically is it plumbed?

hey im new here but i actually just went through the same problem its a 95 hpfp the stock replacement one right , or so they call it . my problem ended up being that my draw straw was right in the middle like they said to put it but were it was the tank baffle would get fuel under it when in motion and the draw straw was like an 1/8th inch off of it like they wanted it but it would suck the tank up to it and wouldnt get any fuel into the straw . now im not sayin thats what you got goin on but i would check that cause i pushed up on my tank to check and make sure it wasnt to close not realizing its a double walled bottom due to the baffle plate .
