Missing fuse connection in fuse panel

On my 96 that I just bought the blower motor stopped working completely. I checked the fuse and it seemed okay so I reinstalled it. Checked for voltage at the motor and there was none. Went back and checked the fuse again and noticed only one side of the connector (constant hot) was still in the fuse panel. I am assuming this means the other side popped out and is hanging somewhere behind the fuse panel. Is there any easy way to get to this connection and re-install it? Its kinda cold out and I would like to use my heat. [duhhh]

Pretty Easy

There is a panel under the stearing wheel on the dash I guess you would call it. It is what your knees would hit if you slide forward. There are about 5 or six screws to remove this panel and it will give you a pretty un obstucted view of the back of the fuse panel... hope that helps JON
