Help - 05 kicked a CEL now won't start
I have an 05 6 Speed that this morning kicked a CEL. Pulled the codes and got a PO643 and a P0069. Did some googling and went out and pulled the plug to the Intake Air Temp sensor and replugged it. I traced the line down behind the AC pump also...
Now it will not start, nor will it post codes, 3 rotations of the key do not get me anything. Additionally I noticed after pulling the plug the first time, that the ABS light had kicked on. The last time out I noticed that when turning the ignition to on, none of the gauges come online though I do get all the idiot lights, that cycle off then come back on. Initial cranking seems fine but the truck starts to shake hard if I crank more then 10 Secs or so.
Looking for a bone here, I have the truck local and would like to shake out what is wrong with it as soon as I can.... Thanks to anyone that helps.

Welcome to the site..
Try disconcerting both batteries for 10 minutes to reset the codes then try it again.. There is a wire chaffing problems associated with these trucks check the wire to the AC pump as it will wear into the copper and throw some codes. wrap it with wire loom and tie it off.. Give your trucks wiring harness a once over and insulate if in doubt..
Hope this helps..

Disconnected for 10 minutes, check fuses and relays still no instrument panel when you switch to run (cycle key 1 click forward) and still no start. Have looked over the wires to the AC and don't see any bare wires or anything that seems to be worn through though I will have to go out and unplug everything to get the AC plug to where I can look at it good.
Thanks for the hint.
Right now it will not ever give me the codes (wouldn't prior to the bat disconnect either). Wondering if something is shorted that ate the ECM/ECU.

Looking like a bad sensor or a short that is holding something open.... Was cranking it and stopped and when I stopped the instrument panel responded bringing the gauges online.... Cranked after that and it started, with the CEL still on but running. Guessing that the cranking popped whatever was holding to ground loose and that allowed the system to start... looks like time to grab the tester and start looking for bad/open wires.
Anyone that can come up with a place to start (already checked down by the AC) with the following codes - P0643 and P0069 let me know.
