I'm stuck in the middle of nowhere noway home & have a major fuel leak.Coming from a hard line that sits on top of the bellhousing. None of the parts stores have it & I'm wondering what else will work? It has the push lock fitting & I'm wondering if I can cut the hard line & replace it with some rubber line from the parts store? Please help of you can.97 12 valve has the 94-96; style fuel filter& head running to a holley blue electric fuel pump p.o. installed

From what you are saying that is the low pressure line coming from the tank, no reason you can't use fuel line.
