ok here we go i put a fs19579 fuel filter in my truck last night ok today i go look on fleetgaurd web site and it say it is for a 2000 model truck but i have a 2003 is it going to hurt anything or should i change it right now ?????

 

I believe the same part # fits both applications.

 

Correct. All the same filter. In 2000 they changed to what it is now.
