Question Flat Tire need help.

Just had a flat last night. My question is... Can I drive on a slightly smaller spare. It's 1 inch shorter. I'm stuck until I get an answer. Dont want to ruin my rear end. It's a limited slip. Please help. Thanks

If it is a short distance just to get the regular tire fixed, yes. You are better off having the tires match and may have to move the smaller tire to the front.

I'd put it on the front.

You could mess up your LS with it on the rear.

Put it on the front unless your just driving down the block with the mis matched tires on the back.

I have to do the same thing on my truck with the Detroit in the back. Tires are 35s and my spare is only a 32"

Thanks for the help guys. I'm now the proud owner of four new 35x12.50x17 Toyo MT's , and $1300 lighter in my wallet. I did have to drive about 50 miles to the tire dealer. My spare was about 1.5 inches shorter than my BFG's with 45,000 miles on them. I just drove home last night 350 miles on thew new tires, and dont think I hurt the rear end any. Love the Toyo's so far. Thanks again.
