Electrical.. truck needs help.

Was sitting at home last night when I heard my truck beep its horn on and off a few times. Walked out and doors were locking and unlocking, lights coming on and off once in awhile. Dash lights and guages going nuts, fuel pump kicking on and off along with noises from engine area turning on and off, etc.

Went to start truck and both batteries dead. Drove truck on monday with no problems. Found this problem thursday eve.
jumped truck and it start but all the above continued and when I went to shut it off it stayed running. Had to pull battry cables.

Charged batts and still same problem once I hooked them back up today. So there unhooked.

Anybody had this happen? I bypassed the tst box already. Could it be remote starter causing these problems? I have a appointment for that monday to see it thats it. Or main computer taking a ****?

Any help would be great

After doing some digging around today I found the remote starter box has falling apart so the circuit board probably touched the metal and caused all the problems. Leaving it the way it is so the company that installed it can have the responability!

UPDATE....

After removing remote starter all problems still present

p2509 Power down data loss..... pulling cables to shut truck off
p0193 Fuel pressure sensor voltage to high
p0192 Fuel pressure sensor voltage to low
p0237 Map sensor voltage to low

Decided even though TST was by passed I would complete remove it...... Well after removing it from the truck all problems went away that was in first post.

But now I have a...
P0193 Fuel pressure voltage to high and quite a bit of timing rattle.

Also my auto meter fuel pressure gauge does not work anymore but there is fuel pressure as I can here the pump. I also noticed my brake control is no longer lit up when I touch the brakes.

Please tell me what you would check next and where.
