Bad Ramer Jamer

This is on my friend's 05 3500. He said he was just going down the road, heard a ding, looked down and the brake and abs light on the dash came on. The a/c also quit working. Then no power window's or lock's. I had him pull over and cylce the key to check for code's. He has a P0219, wich is "engine over speed". Is this related. Started it back up, and all is back to normal.

He just got the truck back from the dealer last week getting a new trani put in. Now he's 600 mile's out of warranty. He said it's been acting funny ever since he got it back,,,,meaning the cb will cut out and come back on.

I thought maybe he might have a loose connection going to the ecm or something. Any idea's. Thank's.
