I have a 2006 Dodge Ram 2500, the check guages light came on and stayed on, all the guages read normal, engine runs fine, did seem like i was losing power though. I had a small trailer hooked up and it seemed to slow down a little on the hills, would fuel gelling cause this light to come on? Its about 3 degrees F here, I had just refueled with premium #2 fuel, I normally use waxless #2 fuel. When i got home i pulled the filter out and didn't see any waxing in the filter. How do i check for codes on an 06? Does anyone have any ideas why the check guages light would come on?

 

turn key off and on 3 times third time leave on and it should display codes on the odometer read out
