Hey guys -- First time here, hoping someone can help me out... On my computer where it shows the Compass and Temp above the rear view mirror, the screen changes to CCD now and then. No particular reason that i can figure out, and it doesn't go on everyday... any ideas?

 

Not sure what year of rig you have, but for the second and third gen Dodges this is a common problem.

You will need to trace out the connectors for the wiring to the overhead console. It works loose and corrodes the terminals above the cab, and down under the dash. Before you work under the dash, disconnect your negative battery cables and let the truck set for a few minutes to shut down the air bag sensors.
