I would think the dealer would be the only place.
Another option would be to get one made, but the dealer route would definitely be easier. No doubt it will be more expensive.

If you are talking about the the line from the front to the back, my dealer couldn't get it. went to the parts store got 3pieces(72in,60in and 18in, i think) sticks of steel brake line and connectors and made it. Had about 2in of excess, mine was rusted real bad behind the tank. my is a quad cab long bed

Yup, I think those steel brake lines are obsolete at the dealer, at least the ones for my 96 were.

If you don't mind the expense, and want the best, get stainless steel. Classic Tube and Inline Tube both have them, but they not cheap.

Napa , get a roll of tubing , and a couple of the correct end fittings, get a double flaring tool while your there if you don't have one. Make your own line.

I vote NAPA, mine went out and I just used a piece of line and two compression fittings. They will not leak if you clean the old line where you cut it. At work we have 3000 psi compressed gas going through compression fittings and no worries. Easiest and quickest fix .

Making your own is not difficuilt at all. A double flaring tool will run you around $40 or so but it is worth it. You want the double flare because it will seal better and have less chance of leakage. Oh, and you'll want a cutting tool, they're generally pretty cheap though. Less than $10 I would imagine. You could make the lines and buy the tools for pobably pretty close to what it would cost you to buy the line pre-made.

In Pennsylvania, you can't use compression fittings on brake lines!! Won't pass a legitamit inspection!!
