24 Valve RockerArm Lock Nut Torque Specs

I just adjusted my valves.

Im fixing to leave the house and I went by this guide

https://www.dieseltruckresource.com/...n&onlynewfaq=1

it says to tighten the locknuts down to 18ft lbs of torque which seems too little.

Is that right? I just wanted a quick yes or no answer before I go on a long trip.

Thanks

My Haynes manual, which i keep on a roll in the bathroom, just says to "tighten the locknut securely then re-check the clearance.." The rocker bolts themselves are spec'd at 27 ft lbs but that is for the bolts holding the whole assy. down.
