My truck had been sitting for about a week or so without being moved. I turned the key and nothing, head lights looked dim when I turned them on, so I figured I had a dead battry, pulled the battery terminals and put the charger on the starter battery and it needed to be charged. tightened allthe grounds on the frame and block, checked and dielect the ground plugs. Got both batterys full charged cleaned terminals and put back together. Turn the key and still nothing, not even a click, jumpered the solinoid with the key on and it started. When I checked the codes got 1698 and cel, cleared the codes and cel went out, but it still will not start with the key. We had cold and snow then also some rain while it sat so once I got it started I let it warm up good and had the heater on thinking the temp change would show an intermittent, but it didn't.
