A friend's '04 (6 speed manual) is stalling when it is hot, at idle. He also says it has low power when it is hot. I know that he had the in-tank lift pump installed roughly a year (18 months?) ago. He puts quite a few miles on it pulling a trailer for his work. He is getting afraid to drive it since it is so hard to steer and stop it once the engine dies. Any suggestions on what he should check for would be appreciated. I don't know how different his '04 is from my '02. Thanks in advance.
