Unhappy Wife Hurt my Feelings!

We got back from dinner tonight and I went to shut the truck off and the wife says "It sounds like it's broken!" Can you believe that!

(She was referring to the good ole shake, rattle and chirp @ shut down)

Has anyone else noticed that the stick's seem to shake and rattle more then the auto's? I've noticed this compared to my brothers 04.5 CTD auto.

Mine would shake then chirp when I had the auto, but now it just shakes. With the clutch in it shakes less, lol.

Hmm.. you need to rethink this,

wife thinks truck is broken, does'nt that mean that it needs attention...

in the form of umm..... upgrades.... you could translate that to bombs. If those dont work, and problem presists, you might have to lower the compression and add twins. AND REMEMEBER, you are doing all this for HER!

My gf just expects my truck to be truly broken every summer.

Last year between mid-June and Mid-September, my truck was broken with various problems (tranny/headgasket) and was not functional for over 10-weeks.

I drove it all winter and spring, and yet again on June 2nd, I blew the rear and it has not moved since.

As long as she knows its broke tho, its a good excuse to not have to go to her house ALL the time!

I used this line a few times for my 02. She knows this has a warranty for the time being.
