What truck

I am currently a proud owner of a Dodge truck, but the time has come to upgrade. the ONLY problem I have with Dodge is the turning radius. How do Chevy and Ford comapair on a crewcab, 4wheel drive long bed?

You may want to go for a test drive in a third gen dodge. I think they have made the radius smaller. At least my 2004 quad cab appears to turn tighter than my '93 regular cab...

My brother says my quad cab shorty turns a much tighter radius than his '02 GMC 2500 Crew Cab with the short box.

Just sold my 95 Chevy reg cab, long bed, and bought this 98 ext cab, long bed and it has a tighter turning radius than the chevy.

JMHO If turning radius is the dictator of of which truck you buy, I would start looking deeper. I'm not bias of any of the three truck makers, in fact I would rather have a cummins in a chevy but the track record of the vehicles and its power plant that makes it go, is why I bought the Dodge Cummins

My turning radius is shorter, because I don't have four or suicide doors. It's a reg cab model.

I guess what I should have said is, what is the differance between the turning radius on a 97 2500 excab long bed and the new quadcab long beds, both 2x4 and 4x4. I cant seem to find the info in my owners manual.

Not to bash Ford or anything.
I used to have a 95 ford F250 xcab, longbed and that truck had absolutely the worst turning radius of anything I have ever driven.
The crew cab is even worse.

There shouldn't be any difference. The 4wd tends to squib more on full turns.
