Hey Norwegian ram, welcome. Where in Norway are you? I have a daughter in Stravanger now and will be headed over to visit some of my wife's family this summer. It's good to have a ludefisker(sp?) on here. I have never been able to deveolp a taste for the salted lye codfish mush the old folks are so fond of.

I am in Odda, its in a fjord 150 mile north from stavanger. Tell me if you are going this way when you come over here.
I dont eat that fish, but some says its the best,I prefer a steak
