Not too redneck for Alberta. My truck had Exhaust upgrades when I bought it so I can't justify doing it. Also I think that after market rims are a must with that mod.

i am on the fence i just have several things against it for me. One is not only am i single rear wheel (no biggie to me), but im a short bed. so i already have to drop the tailgate for 4x8 lumber and my huge polaris quad. If i were to get some it would be one 4" hole in the bed and then to the very front corners of the bed they would climb. A little bit above cab say 6" or so and theyd be miter turnouts ( angularturnout like a 45* with a miter) either facing back or too a 45 degree angle. sorta like diesel dudes only not so high. Plus yeah the truck has to smoke.
Its kinda funny. trucks have come full circle since the 70's. they are todays muscle car. (especially the diesel if you ask me as look how easy it is to add power) so in respect i wouldnt be surprised if dodge offered a tribute side step bed with stacks like the good ol lil' red express. those things are cool.
I wonder how hard it would be to make a flareside bed like that...

Proud to be a Dixie Hillbilly myself. Battle flag and all. I'll be running stacks on my truck as soon as I have another rig to tow my horsetrailer with. I think the local dragstrip starting line guy will appreciate it also. Last time at the track he was moving like someone had just tossed a grenade at him. See photo gallery for demonstration.LOL

I've found that self proclaimed Rednecks usually drive Jeep Cherokees. My muffler shop in town says it'll cost me about 1200 Canadians bones for Stacks. What are you guys paying?
