Seen a brand 2005 powerstroke at gas station that wouldn't start pullin a 5th wheel. The guy just picked it up from service after 15 days to fix the starting problem. 15,000 mile on the truck.

Who hasn't seen a broken down 6.0?? I watch for them just as I do various other road hazards that can be a danger to drivers.. I was caught in a traffic jam a month ago because a 6.0 pulling a large trailer had died on a 2 lane road without a shoulder.... A guy in a Dmax finally pulled him to a roadside pull off..

memorial day/july 4/labor day are the best times for dead powerstroke spotting.

Would it be too much if I had my wife stand back and take pictures of my truck doing this??

(if the situation arises of course)

I wouldn't think so. Just tell him that you are taking pictures for insurance purposes. To insure that you are able to add this to your scrap book.
