Nice 600 article

600 article, smaller diesel coming
in the May-June Truck Trend. Some points of interest:
1. Comment about "might get better fuel economy". Doesn't sound like that from comments on this board so far.
2. New tow rating 16,450 pounds.
3. The 48RE was designed ahead for the 600. That's nice to hear.
4. "Look for a bigger Hemi and a smaller Dodge diesel coming soon"
Now, wouldn't it be sweet if Dodge was the one to put out the first diesel in a 1/2 ton...
One other comment and question. The article notes the "new cold-air intake system, good for a 30-40 degree F drop" from the old design. Now perhaps this isn't as good as other aftermarket stuff, but I wonder if this could be retro'd onto our 550 CTD? That could solve potential warranty problems with going with other aftermarket stuff? comments?
