I have Kool-Vue on my '05. Manual open/close and flip. They look good and work well with the controls but the mirrors themselves are not as steady as I would like.

Got mine through Amazon. They work well enough, but do require some fitting on your part.

I used ****'s on my 01. They plugged right in, used the exisitng mounting plates etc pretty much plug and play, controls worked fine and vibration was no issue. They do not power extend you had to pull/slide them out for tow mode nor did they power close and open probably because that was not an option on the oem either at the time though they would close and or breakaway. I thought they were awesome mirrors even came with a spot convex mirror to put on them. Not sure if they still sell them but bought them from Geno's Garage way back when for about 250 for the pair iirc.
