I'm new on here, and I think I posted this question in the wrong spot. Maybe I'm in the right place now, so I'll post it again. Can a N14 red top celect plus set at 430 HP be easily turned up to 500 HP? If not how much can I get out of it?

Depends on the internals and the turbo. Call a dealer for the make of truck it's in with your VIN, and they can tell you.
A Cummins dealer should be able to tell you as well using the engine serial number.
