I have not seen a SRW dropped yet , but there are some duallys on the forum here that are slammed. I'm waiting for my dad to be finished with his 97 12v 2wd , so i can buy it and slam it on some air bags, hopefully it will be able to lay some frame

I used half ton springs in mine and it dropped a total of about 4 1/2" (had a 2" leveling kit), front will probably go down a little more when I put the engine back in.

He's got your import shredders on!

Are those 19.5's he's running, or cut 19.5's? They look too small to be 22.5's.

Its a very nice truck...Looks really slick with the jet black paint.I'm using the stock rear springs and lowering the blocks..This will give me a 3 inch drop in the back. Then a half coil cut in front will give a 2 1/2 inch drop in front..

I am about to be putting 2" drop coils and a flip kit on mine in the next few weeks. Just have to wait until I sell my gooseneck trailer. Once I drop it I wont be able to pull it. Should go down about 4-5"s in the rear.

You should be able to put air bags in the back if you decide to pull..Thats the way I'm going...Truck will be 3 inchs lower but if I do loaded it up, thats where the air bags will come in...

Here it is with the new wheels and tires, driveshaft is going to have to be shortened 1" though.

It just barely don't fit (about 3/32") with the drive shaft pushed all the way forward, plus there needs to be room in it to move forward more when the leaf springs compress more.
