That truck would fill a real nice niche here in the US. Ford also has a HPCR turbo diesel option for rangers in other countries. That would be real cool too.

Yes they are selling them for around $110 K with 5 seats, and from $56 K with 2 seats, the Norwegian goverment charges more tax for more seats understand it if you can, I cant.
A new Ram 2500 will cost nearly $250 K (5 seats)but they dont sell them anymore.
They sell Chevy Duramax for around $110 with 3 seats here.
